Account Restoration

A suspended account may be restored at textagroup.com's discretion, upon receipt of a written undertaking by the abuser not

Sending and Delivery of SMS Messages

textagroup.com will, send each SMS message to one of our SMS gateways for delivery to the relevant network, providing no error
is displayed to suggest that this will not be done. However, delivery is the responsibility of third party networks and services,
including the receiving device itself, and cannot be guaranteed. If you find this information to be incorrect, then providing
us with full details of the message and confirmation code will allow us to investigate the problem with individual networks.

Limitation of liability

loss (including loss of profit, revenue, contract, anticipated savings, goodwill, data or other financial loss) any loss
caused directly or indirectly by the failure, poor performance or non-delivery of any of our Services that arises because
of any circumstances which we cannot reasonably be expected to control.

We will not be liable to you for any breach of the Terms of Use that arises because of any circumstances which we cannot be
reasonably be expected to control.
